• Issuance and reform of establishing and operation license of foodstuffs and beverage workshops and factories
• Issuance and reform and extend of producing and packing of foodstuffs and beverage
• Issuance and extend of hygienic code for foodstuffs and beverages packing workshops (traditional and regional)
• Issuance of technical responsibility license of foodstuffs and beverages workshops and companies
• Answer to industries and mines organizations and agriculture jihad organization of Tehran province regard of foodstuffs and beverages producing institutions
• Issuance of hygienic certification for exports of foodstuffs, products of under surveillance factories and workshops
• Control on visit, inspection and sampling of foodstuffs and beverages producing institutions for continued control of mentioned units
• Visit, inspection and sampling of foodstuffs and beverages producing institutions for issuance of reform and extension of hygienic ground (establishment-operation-produce and hygienic code-answer to inquires)
• Completion and remittance of offenders files to judicial authorities on basis of the kind of offend (especial public prosecutor,s office for audit to medical, hygienic and medicinal crimes or governmental punishment organization)
